Let's spice up our L-base transitions with pops! Whether adding extra flair or making difficult transitions simpler, pops are a valuable tool in an acroyogi's pocket. Debbie and Sariah bring a mutuality and playfulness cultivated over many years to their practice, and are excited to share this machine.
Let's get to work! We'll be playing with both pushing and pulling tension in this muscley, but surprisingly still elegant, L-base flow.
pre-reqs: Comfort transitioning between Inside Star / Reverse Inside Star and Star.
The floor is lava - adults edition! In this class we will work on agility, obstacle courses, grip strength, and courage! How do you use your body's momentum to reduce strength requirements? How can we conserve energy and push our limits? All these questions will be answered and more in the Ninja Warrior class! Every obstacle can be made progressive and will be set up to help you get stronger while doing things you never thought possible!
Join Lux for a mind-bending, torso-twisting, ankle-loosening adventure through the time/L-base continuum. Spaceship not required - but encouraged.
Learn the principles of balance while developing radical range of motion in a variety of familiar poses. This will be truly all levels, with challenges for the brand new balancer through to those exploring hands free mono point inversions. It'll be nerdy, but also silly.
Rather than on their own, whips are best served with a full-course meal! This class will have you swooshing and swishing through dynamic transitions, and you'll leave with a new repertoire of silky-smooth connections.
pre-reqs: side star, reverse star, and an incredibly strong straddle bat
Dive into the advanced practice of Dynamic Thai Yoga Massage in this invigorating class, perfect for experienced practitioners looking to elevate their skills. This session focuses on integrating breath, listening, and flow to create a seamless, rhythmic experience.
Learn to synchronize your movements with your breath, listen intuitively to your partner's needs, and create a fluid, connected sequence that enhances the therapeutic impact. This class emphasizes a deeper level of mindfulness and present-moment awareness, allowing you to give and receive a more profound full-body massage.
Ideal for those with a solid foundation in Thai Yoga Massage, this class encourages you to explore dynamic and flowing movements. Wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement, and be prepared for close, respectful partner work in a supportive environment.

We'll cover the foundational skills and positions to prepare for standing h2h, practice spotting each other, and put it all together for our peak skill at the end. Whether this will be your first ever standing h2h, you're already practicing it, or you're trying out a new role, we'll have challenges and new perspectives for you.
pre-reqs: 15sec supported handstand, crow pose
Join Debbie and Matt for a hearty breakfast of twists, spins, twirls, and swooshes! We'll have an appetizer of warm-ups to lock in the connection and tempo between partners, a main course of flowy entrances, lifts, and exits, and a dessert move for those who want more.
Are you too combobulated? In need of some healthy discombobulation? Lux has got you covered! This flow will balance moments of surprise with moments of confusion, to the delight of flyers and bases alike.
Channel your inner slackliner (or slackline) in the tricky art of slackro (slacklining inspired acro). We'll be seeking easeful, continuous flow through these moments of high concentration as well as more classic L-basing inversions. Options and instruction for less supportive balances will be available.
Some pops are big, some pops are small; some pops are short, some pops are tall! This bedtime Icarian rhyme will have you floating off to dream about what we like to call "cute" pops - small, multi-axis rotations that require both base and flyer to create the movement together, rather than gigantic throws. You'll also practice the art of dynamic spotting, as spotters will be dancing through the sequence with the poppers.
pre-reqs: straight throws in bed, bird, and throne
BYOB - bring your own bunches-of-acro! Sariah, Lauren, and Derek bring a wide range of skill expertise and are ready to coach you through acro of your choosing. You can come solo or in a group, bringing a skill from this weekend or something you saw and want to try, and they'll guide you through progressions to build it up. Whether it's in the realm of L-basing, whips+pops, handstands, parkour, Icarian, standing, posing, or even just questions about acro or movement in general, they've got you covered.
pre-reqs: bring an idea to work on!
Sail away with us to the Bermuda Triangle, where it takes more than two acrobats to crew the ship. We've got petrifying poses, electrifying exits, and rambunctious role-switching. Bravery and pizzazz will be needed in abundance, and the treasure at the end is a performable flow to take home as plunder. Yar! All skills will be taught at several levels - whether you want to do the most difficult or most accessible version, you'll still get the full experience.
pre-reqs: L-base shoulderstand, seated 2high, a partner cartwheel

You will also cultivate mindfulness and present-moment awareness to enhance the therapeutic experience and practice giving and receiving a full-body Thai Yoga Massage sequence.
No prior experience is necessary. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to deepen your existing knowledge, this class provides a nurturing environment to explore the art of connection through touch. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement, and be prepared to work closely with a partner in a respectful and supportive manner.

There are more stars in the universe than grains of sand on Earth's beaches, and there are probably more star poses in acro than there are grains of sand in your pocket. Come explore the outer edges of the acro pose spectrum, and boldly go where Lux has gone before. This all-levels class will have as wide a range of options as the universe itself.
