The floor is lava - adults edition! In this class we will work on agility, obstacle courses, grip strength, and courage! How do you use your body's momentum to reduce strength requirements? How can we conserve energy and push our limits? All these questions will be answered and more in the Ninja Warrior class! Every obstacle can be made progressive and will be set up to help you get stronger while doing things you never thought possible!
Static points of contact are cool and all, but what's even cooler? Smooth sliiiiiides. We'll slither our way through some silky transitions - not full whips, but definitely not statics. Pairs will want one layer of fabric near the hips - either leggings for flyers or socks for bases, or both - and a suave demeanor.
Asymmetries galore! A flow with nary a "regular" pose in sight, this class will challenge your brain and your bod. Lefts and rights will fade away, replaced with thises and thats and insides and outsides. Levels up and down will be offered.

2-high is an important foundational pose, whether you're doing standing acro or just need a friendly ladder. We'll explore increasingly fancy entries, co-created balance, concepts of stack, and the best ways to walk all over your friends.
A culmination of skills and pizzazz, this flow will amaze and astound your audience. Practice complete phrases - entry, skill, and exit - for a smooth-flowing excursion through the realms of strength and beauty. Disciplines will include dance lifts, hand-to-hand, and standing acro.

You'll flip, twist, and explore smart progressions from the tuck position (like bed but in a tuck) with clear guidance and plenty of encouragement - building confidence, creativity, and control in your movement.

Competitions:
1. Mat Flip - teams will stand on mats of decreasing size and try to flip them over without anyone touching the ground beneath.
2. Acro Endurance - pairs (+ spotter) will strive to be the last ones up.
3. Skeleton Race - teams have a maximum allotment of body parts (e.g., 3 feet and 3 knees) that can touch the ground, and must get their team across the mat without any other body parts touching the ground.
