There will be two class offerings each session. One will be an all levels class that can be dialed up or down depending on the class' needs. Our teachers are able, willing, and excited to offer different approaches for various skill levels.  The second class offering will vary In level depending on the discipline being taught. 

While the exact class schedule depends on each year's teacher lineup, we make sure to have a range of disciplines included. L-basing flow, dynamic L-basing, dance lifts, standing acro, ninja warrior, and restorative classes are featured.

Absolutely! We'll have plenty of jam time each day to play with your friends, new acquaintances, and maybe test out that new skill energy you learned in class. 

Acrolandia's commitment to a community-first experience means programming more than just acro time. Friday afternoon starts with a group hike in Forest Park, group lunchtimes on Sat/Sun are coordinated at walkable food cart pods, followed by after-lunch AcroChats, and Saturday night we have AcrOlympic group games.
